Insurance: If you have Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, or Cigna PPO your lactation visits may be covered. Visit Lactation Network to complete the form. Select I already have an IBCLC and put my name Nasheeda Pollard. If you are approved, please return to my website to schedule an appointment.

Self-Pay: Full payment is required at the time of booking. All clients will receive a superbill to submit to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Our Virtual Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes are broken into two 1 hours classes. Each class is only offered once a month. Please be sure to select the package option to book both classes.
